CMX wants you to be happy with your purchase.  If you're not
satisfied with an item, whether it's because  of  defect  or
just becuase you don't like it, mail it back to  CMX  within
30 days of invoice date for credit. Items must arrive at CMX
in the same condition received.  Deductions as listed in the
trade section will be made for cracked or broken cases,items
opened that were sent unopened, etc.  If any free items were
received with items being returned these items must also  be
returned.  Credit  can  be used for other CMX merchandise or
services at anytime. If an item is  defective,  please  note
that when you return it.  Credit is on the price of the item
itself and does not include insurance, shipping/handling,etc
to or from CMX.

Any and all copies of the purchased item that may have  been
made, either directly or indirectly, must also be  returned,
destroyed or  deleted.   This includes copies  done directly
from the purchased item such as CDRs,  tapes,  mp3s, etc and
any  copies made indirectly from the item such as a CDR made
from mp3s that were made from a purchased item. Please don't
buy something, make a copy for yourself (or anyone else) and
then return the item for credit.
